With 40+ years as a Serial Technopreneur, he has built successful ventures in Aerospace, Defence, Automation, and Testing.

Dr. Ravinarayanan has served on several major boards, including Air India Ltd, Indian Airlines Ltd, KPTCL, Airbus Engineering Center India Pvt Ltd, Asianet Group and Tirumala Tirupathi Devasthanam (TTD).

Alfonso Martinez

Mr. Alfonso Martinez is a qualified Engineer & MBA with close to 3 decades of experience in Aerospace, Defence, Telecom, Automotive, Transportation, Energy, Infrastructures, Life Sciences, Financial Services, Public Administration, Naval, Railways, and Chemicals sectors globally.

After completing his Master’s in Aeronautical Engineering from Polytechnic University of Madrid and serving in Spanish Air Force as an officer of the Engineers corp for 1 year, Martínez started his professional journey in 1994 as a specialist in aerodynamics and CFD. In 1997, Martínez cofounded his own venture for ER&D services – M/s MEDIA Consultores. He successfully led this company with his friend for 10 years and grew it to 200 engineers. In 2006, the company was strategically integrated with Altran, now a part of Capgemini. Post the acquisition, Martínez assumed several key positions in this Group as CEO-Altran Middle East, Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of Altran, Spain. In 2018, Martínez moved to Paris as the Group Senior VP, Altran. In this role, he was in charge of Aeronautics, Space, Defense, Naval, Railways, Transportation and Life Sciences verticals globally with an overall responsibility for 12,700 people and nearly USD 1B revenue. In 2021, he joined Quest Global as President, Global Business Head for its Automotive and Rail verticals and he was responsible for further strengthening, expanding and driving both these verticals at Quest Global.

Martinez also holds an AMP in Management from IESE Business School – University of Navarra, Barcelona.

Shashidhar SK

Shashidhar is a thorough business leader with close to 3 decades of experience and expertise in Corporate Finance and Corporate Governance, encompassing the entire gamut of financial reporting process, internal controls, strategy, commercial, fund raising, IPOs, treasury, forex, international contracts, governance, risk and compliance, ERP, direct and indirect taxes, legal and business operations.

He previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer at StoveKraft Ltd, where he played a pivotal role in turnaround of the Company and successfully concluded its IPO.
His previous assignment was with WaterHealth Inc as Vice President & Global CFO. Prior to this he served as the CFO & Company Secretary with Tata Advanced Materials Ltd., for more than 8 years. His earlier stints were with the Inlaks Group, Carrier Refrigeration and a subsidiary of Glaxo SmithKline.

Shashidhar graduated in Commerce from Bangalore University and is a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA CIMA, UK, AICPA, USA), Fellow Chartered Management Accountant (FCMA, CIMA UK), Fellow Cost & Management Accountant (FCMA, ICAI), Fellow of Company Secretaries (FCS, ICSI) and is trained in Enterprise Risk Management by Singapore Management University.

Mr. KP Mohanakrishnan has over three decades of experience, of which 25 years is in Aerospace & Defence Industry covering both International and Domestic markets.

He concluded long term contracts and delivered muti-million-dollar businesses across the Global Aerospace & Defence Industry, including strong pipelines to support the business growth. He has been a founding team member in his previous organisations and has led it through growth, market expansion, transformation & delivering sustainable success. He was deeply involved in operations covering delivery, planning, inventory management, people management (both talent acquisition and retention), crisis management, business & financial risk mitigations. His responsibility on execution led him to work with various levels within the organisation & drive the team members to provide holistic solutions to meet customer’s timeline and expectations. His leadership philosophy is rooted in collaboration, integrity, and relentless pursuit of excellence.

He holds a Mechanical Engineering Degree and a master’s degree in business administration. He has completed a certificate program from IIM Kozhikode on “Financial Risk Management” and currently pursuing “CEO Program” from IIM Kozhikode reflecting his deep commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

Sharadhi is an Aeronautical Engineer, a Software Professional and an Entrepreneur with over 25 years of industry experience.

Sharadhi has served as an Aeronautical Engineering Officer in the Indian Air Force handling technology and operations of Radar, Communication, Data Handling and associated systems. His work experience in the field of Software Engineering spans across several cutting edge technologies, Product Development, Systems and Application Development, Designing, Architecting, Building and Delivering several innovative products and many huge, complex Software Systems of Networking, Wireless and Wire-line Communications and blend of Open and Embedded Systems domain expertise.

Sharadhi co-founded M/s Adamya Technocrats and worked as its Chief Operating Officer.

Murali Krishnan is a visionary leader in Digital Engineering Services, renowned for driving AI-powered transformations, pioneering innovative services, and fostering talent development across global industries. His expertise spans Mechanical, Electrical, and Electromechanical Design, Analysis & Simulation, Digital Manufacturing, Technical Publications, and Digital Aftermarket solutions. His leadership has made a significant impact on industries such as Aerospace & Defence, Rail Transport, Automotive, Healthcare, and Sustainability across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. In recognition of his outstanding contributions, he was honoured with the Mark of Excellence Award.

Before becoming part of AXISCADES, Murali served as the Head of Digital Engineering Services at Cyient Limited, where he led a $200M service line with over 4,000 associates, covering the entire Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC).

Prior to Cyient, Murali was the CEO of Engineering Services at Pennar Industries Limited, where he successfully implemented SAP S/4HANA for a $245M business spanning multiple manufacturing units. He also spearheaded the development of new engineering products and services for the Defence, Automotive, and Steel sectors, contributing to business diversification and growth.

In his previous tenure at AXISCADES, as Vice President Murali led a $22M global delivery business, overseeing four delivery centers across India, the US, and Europe. His exceptional contributions to the Mining & Construction Machinery and Automotive sectors earned him the prestigious Chairman’s Award for Excellence.

Earlier, as CTO at Esquire Engineering Solutions, Murali directed product design and engineering services for over 100 clients across the Steel, Automotive, Industrial, Defence, and Aerospace sectors, marking a pivotal phase in his leadership journey.

Murali holds a Postgraduate Program in Digital Transformation from Purdue University and an MBA in General Management from Anna University. He is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering and holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Design. He held key leadership roles within the AXISCADES Group, gaining broad industry experience across Defense, Automotive, Industrial Automation, Railways, Consumer Electronics, Home Appliances, Power, Communications, and Mobile Technology. He has worked closely with leading organizations such as DRDO, MBDA, Thales, AMETEK, Wabtec, Progress Rail, Philips, LG, Emerson, and the Indian Armed Forces. Anurag Sharma

With over 32 years of experience, Anurag has worked across Product development and execution of large projects, Sales & Business Development and P&L Management in leading technology companies. He holds a Master’s degree in Machine Design from IIT Roorkee and began his career at L&T, contributing to a prestigious national project for the Indian Defense.

Anurag’s leadership journey includes key roles at Ansys India, Altair Engineering, Altran India, Segula Technologies, SmartSoC and Siemens Technology, where he successfully led business growth, turnkey programs, and strategic partnerships. Anurag has worked with American, French and German companies. He started presence of Segula Technologies in India and as its Managing Director secured business into vehicle localization & industrialization programs and managing its successful execution.

His expertise spans across Aerospace, Automotive, Industrial and Semiconductor domains, having collaborated with various global OEMs and Tier 1 companies. He has also engaged extensively with Indian Defence & DRDO, also securing critical industry accreditations from RDSO, ARAI, and CEMILAC. Additionally, Anurag brings valuable experience in manufacturing digitalization and smart infrastructure in the Metals and Oil & Gas sectors, working with Middle East clients.
