With 40+ years as a Serial Technopreneur, he has built successful ventures in Aerospace, Defence, Automation, and Testing.
Dr. Ravinarayanan has served on several major boards, including Air India Ltd, Indian Airlines Ltd, KPTCL, Airbus Engineering Center India Pvt Ltd, Asianet Group and Tirumala Tirupathi Devasthanam (TTD).
Venkatraman Venkitachalam possesses holistic experience of more than 20 years – 16 years of experience in Business Strategy & Development, Project Financing, Mergers & Acquisitions and accounting, and 4 years’ experience in the public sector.
He has worked on all stages of a Project Life Cycle – Opportunity identification, bid strategy, financial evaluation & project implementation. He has been actively involved in financing of numerous projects in roads, thermal power, hydro power, wind energy, solar power, and real estate sectors both as lender & borrower. He has extensive experience in Contract negotiations which include Project contracts, Financing contracts and Consulting contracts. He also specializes in accounting, taxation and corporate law compliances, and ERP initiatives.
Throughout his distinguished career of over 2 decades, Venkatraman has held key leadership roles at companies like Reliance Energy Limited, GMR Group, L&T Infrastructure Finance Company Limited, Embassy Property Developments Pvt. Ltd., Hindusthan Infrastructure Projects & Engineering Pvt. Ltd., and was the CFO of Jupiter Capital Pvt. Ltd. until Jan’ 2022.
Venkatraman graduated in Commerce from Mumbai University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst from CFA Institute of USA, Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Cost & Management Accountant from Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India, Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and is trained in Public Financial Management conducted by National Institute of Financial Management, India.
Lieutenant General Codanda Poovaiah Cariappa has a remarkable track record of nearly four decades in strategic and operational leadership. He has excelled in leadership roles in diverse organizations displaying unwavering commitment to the principles of diversity, equity and inclusion. He has substantial experience in logistics and supply chain management at the highest level with sound budgeting and financial acumen. He played a key role in the corporatization of the Ordnance Factories and was at the forefront of the Make in India initiative while serving as the Master General Sustenance of the Indian Army and Principal Staff Officer to the Chief of Army Staff. The General served as the Colonel of the Regiment of the famous Rajputana Rifles, the oldest rifle regiment of the Indian Army.
Cariappa has the unique distinction of distinguishing himself in a strategic level course at the United States Army War College and in the United Nations Senior Mission Leaders’ Course in Beijing, China. He has also served in two challenging United Nations Missions in Mozambique (Africa) and Iraq-Kuwait. While serving as the Military Secretary to the President of India, he was part of the Presidential Delegation to 26 countries from 2018 to 2020. He has visited 44 countries enhancing his international perspective.
He holds an M. Phil in Defence and Management Studies, Master of Strategic Studies, M. Sc. in Defence Studies and a Masters Diploma in Business Administration. He attended the Independent Director’s Programme at the Indian Institute of Management, Mumbai and is a Certified Independent Director. In addition, he qualified in the Global Online Certification Course on ‘Generative AI in Business Decisions’ jointly conducted by IIM, Mumbai & MIT USA.
He is highly decorated and was conferred the highest peacetime distinguished medal of the Indian Armed Forces , ‘Param Vishisht Seva’ Medal by the Honorable President of India in 2023. He is recipient of the AVSM, SM, VSM, two Commendation Cards for Gallantry and two UN Medals. He was appointed Honorary ADC to President of India. He received the Karnataka Rajyotsava Award in 2023 for exemplary service to the nation. Lieutenant General Cariappa has strong family bonds. He is an all-round sports achiever and is now an enthusiastic golfer. Besides a keen interest in conservation of wild life and numismatics, he loves reading and travelling.

Mr. Tanmoy Chakrabarty has an impressive career spanning 42 years including 14 years with Tata Consultancy Services Ltd., spearheading numerous transformative initiatives within the companies he has represented.
Mr. Chakrabarty commenced his career in 1981 in Kolkata, with notable roles at esteemed organizations such as Eureka Forbes Ltd., Bradma of India Ltd., Siemens Nixdorf, Electronic Data Systems, and Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). He served as the Group Government Affairs Officer at Tata Sons until October 2022, where he was overseeing strategic government interactions for the Tata Group. He founded Chakrabarty Consulting Services, which focuses on collaborating with small and medium enterprises and international companies to enhance government interactions and promote ease of doing business in India. Currently, he is involved in several advisory roles, including partnerships with organizations like Byteedge, eTrans Solutions, Precision Biometrics and Aabo Private Limited.
He has previously played an instrumental role in several high-profile projects for the Government of India. Some notable examples include MCA 21, Income Tax, Customs & Excise, Passport Seva Program and several major initiatives for the Indian Defence and Homeland Security Forces. His influence also extends internationally, having led digital tax initiatives across East Africa and significantly contributing to eGovernance programs in the UK and the US.
His objective is to enhance the value proposition by improving government-to-citizen interactions, thereby promoting “Ease of Doing Business” and “Ease of Living” in India initially, and eventually extending these improvements to other developing nations worldwide.
