David Bradley

Chairman and Non-Executive Director

David Richard Bradley has been at the head of 5 different companies. Mr. Bradley occupies the position of Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director at Inbis (Isle of Man) Ltd and Chairman at AXISCADES Technologies Limited.
Until recently, Mr. David Bradley served as Executive Vice-President of Global Product Solutions at Assystem and managing a business of USD 750Mn. He was instrumental in developing and scaling several accounts into USD 50+Mn relationships. He also served as a Member of the Management Board of Assystem since December 13, 2007 and was CEO of Assystem UK Ltd. Assystem is currently known as Assystem Technologies, has a presence in 25 countries with 14,000 + employees and with 2017 revenues of Euro 1bn. Mr. David Bradley started his career in commercial vehicle design in the areas of advanced robotics and automation division (Taylor Hitec). Following a merger with Ricardo International, he was appointed Deputy Managing Director of Ricardo Hitec expanding his responsibilities to cover Ricardo Hitec's Aerospace and Nuclear activities.

During his career he previously participated in various industry associations including Society of British Aerospace Companies Engineering & Technical Board (SBAC) and Nuclear Industry Association (NIA) including being elected as a fellow of Institute of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE) and holds an MBA from the Warwick University.

Arun Krishnamurthi

Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director

With close to three decades of experience, Arun Krishnamurthi has been a transformational executive business leader with experience across multiple industry verticals and service areas. As a business leader he has extensive experience in managing large P&L’s, major transformation projects and M&As. He is a strong sales leader with a proven track record in winning large outsourcing deals.

Consistently throughout his illustrious career Mr. Krishnamurthi has demonstrated astute leadership skills and business acumen. As a part of several steering committee for key business transformation programmes, he has been focused on improving market positioning, wallet share, customer traction, optimization, cost-reduction and turnaround.

Mr. Krishnamurthi joins AXISCADES from Tata Technologies, London, where he was the president for the Europe region. Here, he was responsible for sales of the Europe business and also on the board of TTL UK, Romania and Sweden. His focus has been on growing existing as well as new client relationships and also increasing the share of new technology trends in engineering and digital. Also as part of the Growth Industries initiative, he was responsible for growing the non Automotive portfolio of the company.

Prior to this, he served at Wipro, London as a Sr. Vice President and Global Head Utilities and owned full P&L responsibility for the global Utilities business of over half a billion dollars, in addition to handling strategic acquisitions. He successfully grew the business multifold by leading all areas of service such as strategy, digital, outsourcing, operations, consulting and technology. Previous to Wipro, he started his career as Account Manager for large US based utility at Patni Computer Services.

Mr. Krishnamurthi holds a Masters in Computer Applications from Pune University, in addition to BSc (HONS) in Mathematics from Delhi University.

He is an avid reader of history and business journals, with a passion for traveling. His sporting passions are tennis and golf. Apart from business, he derives essential life lessons from watching his 2 kids grow.

Sharadhi Babu

Non Executive Director

Sharadhi is an Aeronautical Engineer, a Software Professional and an Entrepreneur with over 25 years of industry experience.

Sharadhi has served as an Aeronautical Engineering Officer in the Indian Air Force handling technology and operations of Radar, Communication, Data Handling and associated systems. His work experience in the field of Software Engineering spans across several cutting edge technologies, Product Development, Systems and Application Development, Designing, Architecting, Building and Delivering several innovative products and many huge, complex Software Systems of Networking, Wireless and Wire-line Communications and blend of Open and Embedded Systems domain expertise.

Sharadhi co-founded M/s Adamya Technocrats and worked as its Chief Operating Officer.

DR Dogra

Independent Director

Mr. Dogra holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in agriculture from Himachal Pradesh University and MBA from Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi. He is a certified associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers. He has over 37 years of experience in the financial sector in the areas of banking and credit rating. He has worked closely with the Ministry of Finance, Govt. of India, where he has prepared a dossier on the Indian Economy as well as created white papers on both equity and debt markets for the ministry.

Dhiraj Mathur

Independent Director

Mr. Mathur holds a B. Tech degree from IIT Delhi, Masters in Economic policy management from Columbia University, MBA (Finance) from Pace University, New York, and an M. Phil in International Economics from New School University, New York. He has strong expertise and understanding of strategic issues and regulatory regimes in a wide range of sectors. He has more than 30 years of experience in varied sectors. His areas of specialisation include public policy, sectoral regulatory regimes, Defence procurement procedures, localisation and defence offset policies, state incentives schemes, FDI and Industrial Licensing policies, exchange control laws, TRM and foreign trade policy.

Mrs. Mariam Mathew

Independent Director

Mariam is a post-graduate in Computer Science from Bombay University and has over 35 years’ experience with several global companies including WIPRO, Cyient and CMC(merged with TCS) in the domains of Manufacturing, Aerospace, HealthCare, Energy & Utilities, Finance, Natural Resources. As an IT professional in India, Bahrain and Qatar she worked on a range of projects from small systems to large turnkey implementations, leading teams of up to 300 members across countries from US to Australia. She has notable strengths in Client Management, Delivery Management, Quality Assurance, Systems Audit, Technical Design and development. She has worked with growing start-ups and organizations to establish standards, processes, and audit mechanisms from ground up. She is highly trained and certified in Standards (ISO 9001:2000), Software (SEI-CMMI, CMM level 5), Quality Management (UTC Group’s ACE quality standards) besides others. She received multiple awards and recognitions from her workplaces for her contributions.

Dr. S. Christopher

Non Executive Director

Dr. S Christopher is a distinguished scientist from DRDO who obtained his BE (Hons) in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the College of Engineering, University of Madras in 1978, MTech in Microwaves and Radar Engineering from IIT - Kharagpur and PhD in Antenna & Measurement Techniques from IIT Madras. He has served as Secretary to the Department of Defence, Ministry of Defense, Government of India, Chairman of the Defence Research and Development Organization (DRDO), Director of the Centre for Airborne Systems, Group Director at Electronics and Radar Development Establishment (LRDE) and is presently engaged as a professor of practice in the Department of Electrical Science at the Indian Institute of Technology Madras. Dr. S Christopher has had an illustrious career and is known as the man behind the indigenous Airborne Early Warning and Control (AEW&C) system, from inception to induction to the Indian Air force. He also has the experience of managing critical projects including ATVP - the design house of nuclear submarine programme, ADA - fighter aircraft design agency and the Brahmos – joint missile venture with Russia. Over the years, Dr. Christopher has held several esteemed positions where he served as the Project Director for LCA Multi Mode Radar and led the design & development of slotted array technology used in several airborne and missile projects. He was also the Project Director for development of Maritime Patrol Airborne Radar - SuperVision 2000, for the Indian Navy. He is a recipient of many awards such as JC Bose Gold Medal, DRDO Scientist of the Year Award, DRDO Technology Group Award, NRDC Award, Dr. VM Ghatge Award for his contributions in the field of microwave antennas and radar systems. He has to his credit several publications, copyrights, and patents.

David Abikzir

David Abikzir worked with a $6 Billion fund, CDC IXIS Private Equity focusing on global tech companies in Europe and USA. He is a former private banker in CDC IXIS Private Capital Management, where he managed a fund of $600 million. He entered the Indian market in 2010 as the Managing Director of the F&B Group Luxe Corporation and was a pioneer in the Indian e-commerce space by launching Yzury.com in 2011 and successfully exited the same in 2014. His professional accomplishments include setting up Luxe Corporation and co-founding and heading Nymex Consulting and successfully exiting from the same in 2020.

David holds a Master's degree in Wealth Management & Asset Management from Kedge Business School (Bordeaux-France) and a Master's in Banking & Financial Law from Paris Sorbonne-University.

David has also authored two books on e-commerce and digital market in India.

Venkatraman Venkitachalam

Venkatraman Venkitachalam possesses holistic experience of more than 20 years - 16 years of experience in Business Strategy & Development, Project Financing, Mergers & Acquisitions and accounting, and 4 years’ experience in the public sector.

He has worked on all stages of a Project Life Cycle - Opportunity identification, bid strategy, financial evaluation & project implementation. He has been actively involved in financing of numerous projects in roads, thermal power, hydro power, wind energy, solar power, and real estate sectors both as lender & borrower. He has extensive experience in Contract negotiations which include Project contracts, Financing contracts and Consulting contracts. He also specializes in accounting, taxation and corporate law compliances, and ERP initiatives.

Throughout his distinguished career of over 2 decades, Venkatraman has held key leadership roles at companies like Reliance Energy Limited, GMR Group, L&T Infrastructure Finance Company Limited, Embassy Property Developments Pvt. Ltd., Hindusthan Infrastructure Projects & Engineering Pvt. Ltd., and was the CFO of Jupiter Capital Pvt. Ltd. until Jan’ 2022.

Venkatraman graduated in Commerce from Mumbai University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst from CFA Institute of USA, Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Cost & Management Accountant from Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India, Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and is trained in Public Financial Management conducted by National Institute of Financial Management, India.
